Maniçoba

Maniçoba is a Brazilian stew that requires patience. It's made from cassava leaves, which can be toxic if not prepared correctly. The leaves must be finely ground and soaked for a week before joining other ingredients in a slow, gentle simmer. This intentional and unrushed process allows the ingredients to become tender and flavors to meld together perfectly, creating a rich, deeply satisfying dish that can be savored safely.

This is how I want to fall in love.
